Digital Download License Agreement & Terms of Service

By purchasing or downloading Artoon Comics digital files, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Copyright & Ownership

All content, including comics, illustrations, activities, and branding, is the copyrighted property of Nate Calderone. You are purchasing a license to use the content, not ownership of the files or intellectual property.

2. License Types

A. Personal Use License

Intended for individual use at home.

You may print up to 10 copies per issue for non-commercial, personal use only.
Files may not be shared, uploaded, or distributed digitally or physically.
Not to be used in classrooms, libraries, or any group/institutional setting.
Resale, redistribution, or modification of the content is strictly prohibited.

B. Institutional Use License

Intended for use in a single location such as a classroom, library, care facility, or community program.

You may print up to 200 copies per issue for distribution within your location.
Files must not be shared digitally beyond the institution’s internal network.
Content may not be posted online or used across multiple branches or locations without additional licensing.
Resale or redistribution outside your institution is not permitted.

3. Restrictions

You may not resell, sublicense, or claim the content as your own.
You may not modify the comics or remove copyright notices.
You may not use any Artoon content for commercial purposes without express written permission.

4. Digital Delivery

All products are delivered as digital files. It is your responsibility to download and store them safely. No physical products will be shipped.

5. Termination

Any violation of these terms will result in immediate termination of your license without refund and may result in legal action.
